I recently had the pleasure of booking two tours through Summer Travel, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Our representative, George, was exceptional in providing guidance and support for our adventures to the Daintree and the Great Barrier Reef. His expertise and enthusiasm made the experience even more enjoyable. Both tours were incredibly well-organized, and the value for money was outstanding. We were able to explore the breathtaking beauty of the Daintree and the vibrant underwater world of the reef without breaking the bank. Thank you for making our dream trip possible!!! I was travelling the East Coast with my friends for a whole month and when we first came into Sydney we had literally nothing planned. Then Adam helped us to customise our experience according to our interests and budget and we had the best experience in life. To be honest, I’ve always been a bit skeptical of travel agencies, but Summer Travels really made our trip much easier, enjoyable and affordable. Adam was so helpful booking everything even though I left it so last minute (less than a week before leaving Sydney!). He sat with me and discussed everything and put together a complete plan. The tours he recommended were fantastic. K'gari in particular was a great tour with a brilliant guide. Would 100% recommend, it takes the stress out of choosing and booking things yourself and not knowing how good they'll be since the east coast is so popular and needs booking in advance.

Booked an east coast tour through Summer Travel and couldn't have asked for a better travel company. Very attentive and always happy to help if there were any issues throughout the travel. Changes or add ons were also done very quickly by the staff. Overall great experience and would recommend using summer travel.

Summer Travel – Exceptional Service & Support! I arrived in Sydney with no plans, and after speaking with Adam from Summer Travel, I quickly realised I needed a solid itinerary. From the very start, Adam went above and beyond to ensure my friend and I had an incredible experience travelling up the East Coast. His knowledge and experience were invaluable, guiding us through the best activities and accommodation while tailoring everything to our interests and budget. Every booking he arranged—whether it was hostels, tours, or excursions—was spot on, and we couldn’t fault a single thing. One of the standout moments was when Adam noticed we had slightly overpaid on our package. Instead of simply processing a refund, he took the time to reach out and offer alternatives. We decided to put the money towards a skydive, which was slightly more expensive, but Summer Travel made it happen without us paying an extra penny. That level of customer care is rare, and it genuinely made a difference to our trip. Unfortunately, due to a cyclone affecting Airlie Beach and Cairns, we couldn’t complete our planned itinerary. However, Summer Travel handled the situation seamlessly, securing refunds for all the affected activities without any hassle. Their efficiency and commitment to customer satisfaction were outstanding. I honestly cannot recommend Summer Travel—and especially Adam—enough. Their enthusiasm, expertise, and dedication to creating an unforgettable experience were second to none. I’ll definitely be booking with them again when I return to complete my trip!

Had the best experience with Summer Travel! I was staying in Sydney for 2 months with no strong idea of how to travel up the east coast and Adam helped SO SO much with figuring out what I wanted to experience and how I could do it! The tours that I had booked were amazing, and I felt I got the full east coast experience. If you’re hesitant, just book!! Thank youuu!!!

What an experience travelling up the east coast, summer travel sorted me right out!! Always there to help and providing the best activities up the east coast. Came out here with not many plans and not much sorted and summer travel were able to help me straight away, turned out to be one of the best trips of my life, look at some of the things we did!!!
